Bear Strong Discovering Direction

Discovering direction is a Bear Strong course that focuses on helping young adults, and equiping them with new mental tools they need during a time of life, when they are making decisions on what direction to go in next.

This can be a mentally challanging time for young adults, on this course we look into mindset, mental health, motivation, couping with hate / negativity , self focus and the drive to succeed!!

The day will consist of 4 hours of seminar / talks / workshops , mostly listening to Chris and working individually ( for teens who struggle to work with others you dont need to worry about group activitiies)  After the talks we will head to VIP Odyssey suite to watch the Belfast Giants play ice hockey in the arena.

During the day we removed the normal 'classroom' feel that young people are used to, and replace it with a professional, up classed vibe. This is important to set the mood for the day for all inspiring young adults involved!
